There are so many ways to enjoy Cohasset Punch! Traditionally, Cohasset Punch has been served chilled with ice and strained over a peach slice in a cocktail glass—but you can also serve it with your favorite mixer or as an ingredient in more complex cocktails. Cohasset Daiquiri
1½ oz Light Rum
¾ oz Cohasset Punch
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
⅓ oz Simple Syrup
Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, and strain into a cocktail glass.
Edgewater Beach No. 2
2 oz Cohasset Punch
1 oz Jamaican Rum
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
½ tsp Simple Syrup
