There are so many ways to enjoy Cohasset Punch! Traditionally, Cohasset Punch has been served chilled with ice and strained over a peach slice in a cocktail glass—but you can also serve it with your favorite mixer or as an ingredient in more complex cocktails. See some of our favorite recipes below!
Classic Preparation
Place a peach slice into a chilled cocktail glass.
Stir Cohasset Punch with ice in a mixing glass until thoroughly chilled.
Strain Cohasset Punch over the peach slice and serve.
Cohasset Martini
2 oz Gin
½ oz Cohasset Punch
½ oz Dry Vermouth
¼ oz Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
Big Shoulders
2 oz Cohasset Punch
1½ oz Gin
⅓ oz Malört (Bitter Wormwood Liqueur)
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass, or over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
Magnificent Mile
2 oz Cohasset Punch
1½ oz Bourbon Whiskey
⅓ oz Malört (Bitter Wormwood Liqueur)
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass, or over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
Illinois Central
2 oz Cohasset Punch
1½ oz Rye Whiskey
½ tsp Absinthe or Anise Liqueur
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
